Originally from Stockton, California, and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, she has built a distinguished career leading educational transformation, developing high-performing teams, and empowering learners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

As the Director of Global Communication & Language Development at CodiaQ Consulting, Mrs. Harden leads initiatives that strengthen English language proficiency, cross-cultural communication, and professional development for students, educators, and organizations worldwide. Drawing upon her extensive experience as an international school leader, she designs innovative learning experiences, develops strategic communication frameworks, and partners with schools, families, and corporate clients to cultivate confident communicators and globally minded leaders.
